"We don't build like our grand father's anymore"
We'll be glad to show you how you can build and save money on your utility bills for many years to come.
Our buildings are constructed using 6” insulated 5000 psi solid concrete. This makes the walls completely waterproof. The exterior walls are produced by computer design in a controlled precision factory environment. The finish product is delivered to the job site and installed by crane. This is not a manufactured home all buildings are constructed the way you are familiar with, on site. Our homes and buildings exceed all minimum Florida construction codes and are more energy efficient. Our projects will use at least 30% less energy, use less water, produce less construction related debris and will be healthier to live or work in due to the Green construction techniques and high efficiency mechanical systems we use. With our structural system we can build up to three stories and reduce construction time dramatically by weeks or months depending on the size of your project.
